I‘m trying to make a least one post per week here :) last week i didn‘t get to crochet as much as i‘d liked. My energy was not really existent and my joint pain flared up. What i was able to do, was the birthday present for my dad ^^. We used to play lots of super mario games together, so i thought a crocheted 1-UP would be very fitting.

It should‘ve been a small project, but the pattern i found didn’t really work well with the yarn i had on hand. So it took some time to figure out how i could adjust the pattern until i liked it. Also i chose to make the white dots out of felt, cause the yarn appliqué felt too thick.

Also i‘ve been working on some flower magnets that will soon come into the shop <3

I also wanna document my mental health on here a little bit and part of that is about beeing queer. And last week i finally got my „genderdysphoria“-diagnosis! So i am now able to get hormone treatment. So that made me quite happy hehe.

Welcome to the first blog post on this website! 
I want to tell you a bit about myself and what i do here. My Name is Nova, i‘m 22 years old and live in Switzerland. I‘m a nurse, but due to some health issues i spend a lot of time at home. I already did crochet alot before, and now i want to make a small business from it. My goal is to make people happy with my creations and also support my recovery with having something to do at home.  As some of you might have seen, i already have an instagram and tiktok. I tried making content and videos on there but it doesn‘t feel like me. So i decided to make this website and share content more in the form of a blog, wich comes way more easier to me.
